What are the terms of the offer?

1. The offer is that subject to these terms and conditions, we’ll send existing customers of Howard Mortgages a £50 High St Gift Voucher for each friend they refer to us who pays us for advisory services within six months of the referral. The friend will receive a discount of £50 off their broker fee when they take advice from us.
2. You must refer a friend to receive advice from our advisory team by sending your friend the personalised link to the ‘Refer a friend’ form which we have provided to you. To be eligible , the form much be completed and submitted to us by using the link.

3. You must be an existing Howard Mortgages customer in order to refer a friend.
4. The friend you refer must be eligible to receive advisory services from us, and pay us for advisory services within 6 months of the receipt by us of the completed refer a friend form.
5. No gift voucher will be available to non-UK residents under 18 years of age.
6. There is no cash alternative to the gift voucher on offer.
7. The friend you refer must give us permission to confirm to you that they have paid for advisory services in accordance with these terms.
8. You must not be an employee or relative employee of any Howard Mortgages company.
9. Please note, in distributing your refer a friend link, you consent to your name being mentioned in our communications with your friend.
10. Only one voucher of £50 will be made per friend referred. This means that you will not receive a voucher where your friend has already been referred to us by another customer.
11. There is no limit on how many friends that you can refer to us.
12. This offer will be governed by English law and in participating you submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. We may extend or withdraw this offer at any time. Details of any such amendment, extension or withdrawal will be posted on our website
